La pr\u00e9valence et l\u2019augmentation de l\u2019ob\u00e9sit\u00e9 en Oc\u00e9anie et notamment dans le triangle polyn\u00e9sien ;<\/p><p>&#8211; La d\u00e9pendance croissante \u00e0 l\u2019importation de produits alimentaires et la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 alimentaire dans les \u00eeles du Pacifique ;<\/p><p>&#8211; La strat\u00e9gie \u00e9conomique, patrimoniale, sanitaire et sociale visant \u00e0 d\u00e9velopper un art culinaire polyn\u00e9sien, de la terre\/mer \u00e0 l\u2019assiette.<\/p><p>Le colloque se propose alors d\u2019explorer ces probl\u00e9matiques et ces enjeux alimentaires en entrecroisant les regards disciplinaires et \u00e9pist\u00e9mologiques pour tenter de comprendre la situation oc\u00e9anienne contemporaine, et en proposant un espace d\u2019\u00e9changes entre collectivit\u00e9s du bassin oc\u00e9anien autour de solutions \u00e9prouv\u00e9es pour am\u00e9liorer l\u2019existant.<\/p><p>Ce projet s\u2019inscrit aussi dans le cadre des strat\u00e9gies de d\u00e9veloppement durable, inclusif, et innovant des \u00eeles oc\u00e9aniennes, bas\u00e9es sur l\u2019\u00e9conomie bleue (gestion des ressources halieutiques, protection de l\u2019environnement et des \u00e9cosyst\u00e8mes marins) et le tourisme (\u00e9co-responsable, r\u00e9g\u00e9n\u00e9ratif, et valorisant les cultures et les comp\u00e9tences locales). Ce colloque vise enfin \u00e0 \u00e9laborer des solutions pour am\u00e9liorer l\u2019alimentation sp\u00e9cifique \u00e0 un environnement insulaire, dans lequel l\u2019oc\u00e9an joue un r\u00f4le primordial.<\/p><p>Le colloque proposera tout d\u2019abord des tables rondes le 25 novembre \u00e0 l\u2019\u00c9cole H\u00f4teli\u00e8re de Tahiti Te ParePare, avec la participation de personnalit\u00e9s et praticiens, puis des sessions acad\u00e9miques les 26 et 27 novembre \u00e0 l\u2019UPF.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element
